Great Food Solutions (GFS) was established in 2002 as an integrated food service division of San Miguel Pure Foods Company, a derivative of San Miguel Corporation's acquisition of Pure Foods Corporation. The fusion of these two companies made both organizations stronger and a force to beat in the industry.
