Customized, bromate-free flour for all varieties of pan de sal such as regular and special pan de sal, “putok”, egg, whole wheat and filled pan de sal. It may be used for sweet goods like spanish bread, cinnamon rolls, raisin rolls and other yeast-raised products. It is suitable for sponge and dough, straight and no-time dough mixing methods. It has satisfactory baking absorption and mixing and fermentation tolerance. It results in high yield of pan de sal per bag of flour. It is fortified with Vitamin A and Iron. It contains ascorbic acid and enzymes to optimize baking performance.
